About BRX Borehamwood
BRX Borehamwood is one of the most established groups in the BRE family.
It held its first meeting on 22nd June 1999 at The Venue in Borehamwood, a place remembered by attendees of those early meetings for its unusual green scrambled eggs. The group relocated to the magnificent Edgwarebury Hotel in Elstree the following year, which was to host a number of highly successful networking evenings combined with tours of the hotel's luxury accomodation. Following the Edgwarebury's takeover in 2004, the Borehamwood group moved to Rushes Restaurant in the heart of British Hollywood.
In October 2007, after Rushes closed down, we were welcomed back by the Edgwarebury - now known as Corus Hotel Elstree - and we look forward to staying there for the foreseeable future.
Over the years, the group has earned a reputation for good meetings and good referrals. Visitors new to the group - often new to networking - always remark on the warm welcome and inclusive attitude of the members. The value of the skill sets and experience alone makes joining BRX Borehamwood worthwhile, and the quality of referrals and business passed around the table ensures a lot of work for a lot of people.
